The objective of the action is to promote entrepreneurship through the establishment of new small and medium-sized enterprises by 2114 unemployed young people aged 18–29 who are not engaged in Employment, Education or Training.
Particular emphasis is placed on facilitating the transition into self-employment for unemployed women, as well as for enterprises operating in sectors related to the digital and green economy.
