1. Purpose of the www.opske.gr website The www.opske.gr website aims to inform interested parties regarding the potential for aid for investment plans while, at the same time, it is the platform for receiving applications to participate in published aid actions and for managing all the foreseen procedures up to and including their completion. 2. Brief Description of the Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS) The Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS) is a new and easy-to-use tool that replaces the State Aid Information System (SAIS) for state aid actions of the new 2021-2027 programming period. The new information system has an operational advantage because it uses all modern technologies to ensure faster, simpler and more efficient completion of the operations it implements. Moreover, it excels in terms of usability, as it operates in a secure manner that is completely friendly to potential investors, using advanced certification and interoperability services that guarantee data security and require the minimum actions possible in order to achieve a sound result securely and quickly. On the iSAMIS, users participate by taking on a specific role (which is assigned to them), which serves to divide duties between Beneficiaries, Intermediate Management Bodies, evaluators, auditors and Managing Authorities. Furthermore, granting of access rights achieves hierarchical separation of tasks even within the user’s own organisational structure, when and where required. Users’ roles are determined in accordance with the provisions of the notices of State Aid actions and reflect the distinct responsibilities of the body they belong to. The Managing Authorities, Intermediate Bodies are tasked with assigning the given roles, defining the users and their respective access rights. Data regarding the procedures for submission and evaluation of applications, as well as information concerning the selection, monitoring, control and implementation of State Aid actions are recorded on the ISAIS, which simultaneously covers all the institutional and regulatory requirements for implementation of State Aid actions, for all the various forms of funding from different sources (NSRF, Territorial Cooperation, Rural Development, Financial Instruments, Research and Innovation, etc.), as in force during the 2021-2027 Programming Period.
