Action 4-4.1-04: ‘START A BUSINESS’ is co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and supports university graduates in establishing and operating a business, with the aim of promoting self-employment and boosting employment through the creation of new jobs.
The target population consists mainly of skilled and qualified young people with the entrepreneurial capacity and mindset to engage in sustainable and modern sectors (e.g. ICT, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, Tourism). Particular emphasis will be placed on business activities that create new, sustainable jobs.
Beneficiaries participate in the programme either as individual entrepreneurs (sole proprietorships) or by establishing micro and small enterprises in which they participate as partners/beneficiaries.
