Partnerships between enterprises in the Region of the Ionian Islands and Research and Knowledge Dissemination Organisations

Summary

This action concerns partnerships between enterprises and Research Centres, Institutes or University Laboratories (Research Bodies / Research and Knowledge Dissemination Organisations) for the purpose of developing innovative products or services, optimising processes and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises in the priority sectors – intervention areas – priorities identified through the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process (EDP) in the Region of the Ionian Islands for the 2021–2027 period (Regional Specialisation of the National Smart Specialisation Strategy 2021–2027 for the Region of the Ionian Islands). Research results that matured during the previous programming period and fulfil the detailed participation requirements of the action may also be eligible. 
This action is addressed to enterprises, with emphasis on SMEs, and to research organisations. The proposals to be supported must concern research projects. The proposed research projects are eligible provided that they concern research and development activities and, in particular, the categories of industrial research and experimental development.
