Summary

This Action is aimed at improving key competitiveness and openness indicators of enterprises in the North Aegean Region, through innovative interventions aimed at reorganising their production and/or administrative operations, such as altering the production process (production lines, reorganisation of the sales system and/or internal operation of enterprises by amending the organisational chart and operating procedures of the enterprise in all its organisational units).
