In the context of the Just Development Transition Plan, the Action seeks to contribute to addressing the challenges of globalization and the post-lignite era, in order to secure existing jobs and create new ones by establishing and aiding new enterprises for investment plans that capitalise on and develop modern technologies and innovative production processes to upgrade products and services provided.
