Creation of new jobs for unemployed persons in RIS3 (Smart Specialisation) enterprises

The Action aims to provide aid for existing enterprises that are active in RIS3 (Smart Specialisation) sectors, in order to upgrade and improve their competitive position through investment in human resources, through the recruitment of highly qualified unemployed persons. The Action aims to increase the participation of unemployed persons in the job market and limit brain-drain of the Region’s scientific personnel. The Action provides for the creation of new 24-month full-time jobs through the recruitment of unemployed persons with post-secondary education, holders of tertiary education degrees and/or post-graduate/doctoral degrees.
